7 Seconds is an American hardcore punk band from Reno, Nevada. Formed in 1980 by brothers Kevin Seconds and Steve Youth, they played their first show on March 2, 1980. They continue to write, record, and tour to this day. Their most recent album is Take It Back, Take It On, Take It Over!.
